    This probably still is a strip from the 1970s. Back then it was normal to tie dogs outside of stores. There weren’t many malls anyway. Just smaller shops. You had to go from one shop to the other to get your wanted items. Dogs usually were used to wait outside a few minutes.

    Doggy will dry very quick in the scorching hot sun. No need to worry about wet dog smell.
