Did you put some words in a bag and pull them out randomly to make, what has to be, the world’s worst Haiku? The lack of originality and actual critical thought would be funny if it weren’t so pathetic.
Ha! I grew up in a Jewish neighborhood in Queens, NY. Half my childhood buddies were Jewish. The same is true today, And you know what, they don’t agree with you. They wonder what the heck the end game is here and don’t think it ends well for Israel.
Ah. The perfect republican answer… I have nothing constructive to add, but I’ll beat you over the head with it. And if you press me, I’ll just say it’s not my problem.
When I said “it’s now our problem”. Your response was “No, it’s not. It’s their problem.” So should we let them do their homeless thing and comfort ourselves with the mantra of personal responsibility? But apparently, that’s not good enough. as you said “It seems that California is doing just that”, which implies we should be doing something.
The cartoon says we spent $24 billion for little gain, so we’re not doing nothing, but what we’re doing isn’t working – which is valid.
So, which is it? Should we do nothing and follow the live with your choices philosophy, as unseemly and ugly that is. It’s true that most of the homeless have done this to themselves, so why should I spend money helping?
Or, should we “clean up our streets” and deal with the homeless? Obviously we’ve been trying, but with little to show. What would you suggest?
No, i think they have a legitimate beef with the nation of Israel, which evicted them from the lands their forefathers farmed and lived on for generations.
Well, that’s the problem, isn’t it. You can say that they are paying the price for whatever issue is causing them to be homeless, but then what? They’re homeless, living on the streets. Now it’s our problem.
“pant leg mudslide”? How eloquent! I am obviously out of my league is debating you. I’d send one of my 7th graders, but that would be overkill.
If it’s on Youtube, it MUST be true.
