   It’s the pretzel guy waving the pretzels. You can see him doing the same thing in panel 2.

   No, it’s normal price. “Two for the price of two” means that it’s two pretzels for the same price as two pretzels, a play on “two for the price of one.” It’s not a sale at all but sounds like one because of the phrasing.

   Re: the camp instructor’s weird face angle: I figured that we were looking at her from the perspective of the students, as it would be pretty normal for the instructor to be standing on a stage above the students.

But if you’re feeling so put out by being here, then why not just drop the class? He would just randomly sigh repeatedly during class. And before, too. That is, the days he wasn’t late…

    There are times when Mr. Evans’s portrayal of people is less than realistic. This is not one of those times. That last panel is too perfect. :)
