   This is not a Windows thing, it is entirely dependent on the video drivers and whether they support Hot-Key switching for display orientation. I believe this is turned on by default with most Intel video cards, but you may have to turn it on for nVidia and Radeon.

   They use the metric system for almost everything except for driving. They buy liters of fuel, but measure economy in MPG. Speed limits are all MPH, and driving distances are miles.
