Where I live, on the long steep windy roads (going up) the polite truck drivers use their signal to say go for it, as they can see further ahead than the cars behind them. Some of the heavy loaded trucks can barely make it to 10km/h uphill, because of the steep gradient.
When we lived in central Oaxaca there were different pozoleras around the colonia that made pozole on different days, so we could get a plate twice a week. Sadly, in Guatemala it doesn’t really exist, unless my wife makes it, which is less than once a year.
