The U.S. is like a classroom into which mentally handicapped children are "mainstreamed." (Charlie: Erp!) (Woman: I expect everyone to treat Charlie like any other student. Now let's take a look at the Pythagorean Theorem.) The "special needs" kids make people uncomfortable and slow the place of learning. (Woman: Whats that Charlie? Why, yes! Yes, we can go back to simple one-digit addition!) (Charlie: Gooba goom! 4+3!) But they can't help being the way they are. So the smart kids make an effort to be nice. (Charlie: Weh!) (Woman 2: What's that, Charlie? You need me to help you go to the bathroom? Um...um... ok.) Now, however, that may change. (Man: From now on, you have a new teacher. Charlie!) (Woman 3: Wait a minute.)
