The Liar in Chief now claims that he “disavows” that sentiment. Yeah, now! He could’ve done something to quash it during the 15 seconds that it was actually going on but he didn’t; he just reveled in it.
Remember when presidenetal candidate John McCain was confronted with a question from an audience member about whether Barack Obama was a secret Muslim (town-hall meeting, Lakeville, MN, 2008 Oct. 10)? He took the mic back and gently explained “No, ma’am. He’s a decent family man, a citizen that I just happen to have disagreements with on fundamental issues, and that’s what this campaign is all about. He is a decent person and a person that you do not have to be scared of as President. If I didn’t think I’d be one heck of a better President I wouldn’t be running, and that’s the point. I admire Sen. Obama and his accomplishments, I will respect him. I want everyone to be respectful, and let’s make sure we are. Because that’s the way politics should be conducted in America.”

How far the GOP has fallen in the last decade.
