Time Warner tells you how long a wait you will have and give the option to leave your name and phone number to have them call you back when your turn in line comes up. I tried it Thursday and it works!
Try being bounced around through diffrent department for six hours due to a combined bill that was paid somehow they forward it to colections thanks AT&T with your awsome combined billing
