As I recall, even Ted Kennedy didn’t want wind turbines in his area. What they need is a combination of available wind, and a population that can be politically ignored.
Because it is about as reliable as they are though Congress has not shredded any eagles lately. OOPS. Forgot about the Liberty symbolized by the North American Bald Eagle.
