Um, Clinton used the system. IF she hadn’t she wouldn’t have gotten the nomination. Trump did use the electoral college system, however, to overcome the popular will of the people and become president.
And here’s the kicker, Trump not only wants to replace the aging nuclear arsenal but start a new arms race by greatly expanding by what we have today. Now won’t we all sleep better once he has those tiny little hands with access to the nuclear codes ?
