As one who has worked as both an agent and a supervisor at a call center, I am very familiar with both sides of what we called an “Action Plan”. If you had bad attendance, bad QA monitoring, anything that needed to be corrected, The Action Plan was trotted out and put on your file in an attempt to get you back on track, and to track future performance, or lack thereof.
