It didn’t take the House and Senate to keep Dr. DoNothing from accomplishing anything… remember “Call President Carter Day”? Hours and hours of trying to find new ways to say “needs more study”. And 444 days of letting Middle Eastern terrorists snicker at the USA, while doing nothing. No wonder they thought it was safe to pull 9/11…
