Clayton: Dad, are you coming to my soccer game in the morning? Dad: Of course!! Why do you even ask? Clayton: You know, because of the way the other parents looked at you for not bringing snacks last time. Adam: I told you, it was an honest mistake. When you don't have to go in to an office every day, it's easy to lose track of teh days of the week. Um...just how did they look at me? Clayton: You didn't feel their stares slicing through your organs?
