Clayton: Dad, the roadwork out front is ruining our lemonade and tea business. Adam: The key to business is adaptation and flexibility. Clayton: Any recommendations? Adam: Why don't you move your stand to the park? Clayton: Hey, pop...ya know, that's not a bad idea. Katy: The park has loads of overheated joggers and walkers and kids! Clayton: We'll be rich! Adam: Don't give out any credit!

Do they have a permit for this?

Indeed. In the city I previously lived in, in Washington, a couple of younglings were arrested for just this very thing, no permit.
Go figure.

As for bathroom facilities most every public park has that….As for line of credit comment…I think Adam would be the first to ask for that. the permit? This could end up rivaling NASA costwise…remember the toilet seat fiasco? who wants to pay $20 a glass fore…an Arnold Palmer?(minor typo…but then again…..maybe not) the mathematics on the Arnold Palmer? $10 each for the two separate beverages mixed ….or not.
