Uh-oh, messin’ with the classics. Changing tradtions is sometimes NOT a good thing. Like the time mom (when I was a kid) surprised us by decorating the tree while dad took us kids to the movies: we came home, and there was the tree, ablaze with little white lights, and bright blue satin ornaments tied with silver ribbons. It looked like something out of the local department store Xmas display and didn’t fit our house style. It just wasn’t “our” tree (in fact, my kid sister cried when she saw it, and not for joy). We joke about it to this day, but after that, it was all the family ornaments and color lights every year.

Good luck getting the kids to eat the new slop! Growing kids need their meat and potatoes and cheese!! (As for growing Adams…)
