dante, I’m with you. I think EVERYONE should be required to work a minimum-wage job (either service industry or manual labor) for two years after graduation, and have to LIVE OFF their earnings (no help from Mom and Dad). With any luck, once they get their MBA or JD they’ll still have some empathy for those stuck waiting on their tables or emptying their trashcans.
