Why do people try to apply the literal to comics? Why not question how his beard has grown so long in two panels. Why not ask how the animals in far side could talk?

I hate myself for it, but I’m so easily drawn into links—and I hate when it’s a video instead of an easy readable offering. I don’t WANT to watch a video, but then I’m curious enough to click. Sigh…
