Adam: I'll admit, the KISS makeup is funny, and the costume is impressive. But let's get all that stuff off his face.
Katy: Okay, what do we use to remove sharpie?
Adam: Come again?
Katy: Just lick your thumb. Bet it comes right off.
at least the white make up comes off right ?? wd-40 should be okay as it is mostly fish oil. This is a case where parents should pay attention. Adam should know the kids will take advantage of him while working. My mom learned early to pay attention to what I said when I was 5 and woke from naptime and asked her if I could get money out of her purse to get ice cream from the corner store and if it was okay for me to not put on anything as she had put me down for the nap naked it was very hot . she went uh huh to all of my questions forget she was mostly asleep.so off I went . The shop owner was our landlord to and phone my mom when I left the store. like a frieght train she met me halfway down the street.
Baby oil works wonders. Let is soak in for a few minutes then wash it off. This also works on “ring around the neck” on little kids. I brush baby oil on my son’s neck and tell him to wash it off right before he gets out of the tub so it has time to soak. Works like a charm!
Yes, it won’t last forever. The oils in out perspiration will take some off, and the constant shedding of skin will get rid of the rest. There is no reason to panic. Take off what comes off, and be patient and the rest will come off by itself.

91% alcohol would work but I don’t know about doing it on skin. WD-40 is probably the best solution, I don’t think it is as irritating.

A disc sander would do it.
