I feel for Adam, truly I do, but it doesn’t take months or even weeks to rerun books nowadays.

The Kindle edition can be fixed immediately!

“lie here” not “Lay.” C’mon people.

Real people don’t talk good. they, like, lay around like Adam. Grrr…drives me crazy.

Poor Adam. But at least he’s just going to mope for a while, rather than stomp around and make his family miserable.

I’m sorry Adam about the mistake from your book company. Cry and get it out of your system, get up and get yourselost going again. You have a family to provide for.

Create Space on Amazon is great. It is a “print on demand” service. Books are not printed until they are ordered. If there is an error, you can fix it immediately, and the next book out will be correct. It was a lifesaver when one of the suppliers of a key ingredient in my cookbook made a change to the formula that required the recalculation of the amounts in many of the recipes.

The one that drives me crazy is “Just between you and I.”

Oh good grief…

The solution is so simple that I find it hard to believe that no one has mentioned it. Go to the hardware store where they sell stick-on letters and numbers for a mailbox or house number. Buy a bunch of letter ‘K’. Peel off the backing and apply to the book cover. Problem is solved.
