Sometimes I wonder if those apps really know what they’re doing. I am fighting my weight – and losing – and the app says I need 300 more calories a day than I currently eat.
First people thought if it appeared on a WEB page it must be real. Now they think that if some programmer included an algorithm in an app it must be “real”.
DANI – That has happened to me too. Sometimes we actually need those extra calories so that the body doesn’t think you’re trying to starve it and hold onto them. Mix it up a bit and it might help confuse your body into letting the calories go. Good luck!

Eat less, exercise more. Most people eat too much of the wrong things and aren’t nearly active enough to compensate. Our over processed food.

If it thinks you’re dead, you’re not chewing enough.
