Where have yo been, rekam? Comics haven’t needed to check off the “funny” box in decades. Re: Death of major characters from cancer and suicide in Funky Winkerbean, bullying in both Calvin and Hobbes and Curtis, satire and social commentary in Doonesbury.
I’d gladly take that option for PPE. I’m a caregiver, and I’ve been told that I should finally be getting some in a few days. If I don’t have the virus by now I’d be shocked. Sadly I’m not alone out there. The people that are getting me this PPE is our Union, the SEIU, not the DHS that I actually work for. Thanks to some whistle blowers in some nursing homes around Portland, OR we finally made the news recently. The president of our Union spoke on our behalf.
OK, rant over…….as to this weeks comic I think it’s cleaver and true to the nature of the two kids. I’m sure Rob will go on to a new story line next week. At least he’s taking pot shots at things really happening to all of us. I hope he continues to address it with humor to continue to give us a much needed smile.

If those are the last two dog poop baggies whoever is looking for them won’t think it’s funny.

Hey, a tupperware mask. Wow! Talk about something that viruses can’t get through and sneezes can’t get out. That will do it.
