That’s what I resorted to when the Doc said to limit myself to two daily beers.

I use a “mug” for my beer.

You’ll have to use a hot plate on the lowest setting as a cup warmer.

Be careful with that joke, it’s an antique.

I would have opted for the bigger sized mug……

Ignoring the doctor is cheaper, and your coffee stays hotter.

If I were his doctor I would tell him to cut his carbs by 10% this week and then another 10% the next week and so on until he got it down to at least 50% cut. And have his family get in on it. He would be a Type II diabetic if this were real life. Better yet, go Keto for 4 weeks with no cheating allowed.

We have a couple of “Big Dog” mugs that are 30 oz. My coffee maker just fills them both with one pot.

I’ll take one cup, please.

A cup is 8 ounces, not any old mug that you can find.
