Their marriage may be in trouble if Adam thinks caffeine is more stimulating than Laura.

Adam certainly hasn’t made any effort to hide this relationship

Although it would not surprise me if he has coffee makers hidden in strategic positions, for emergencies

She’s a harsh mistress,for sure…

I am guessing he was in this relationship with caffeine when Laura met him.

“So, your mumbling ‘Oh, I love you so much, Caffy, you’re the only one for me’ in your sleep is nothing to worry about?”

Laura has never uttered those dreadful words: decaffinated coffee.

Don’t lie, Adam, caffeine means everything to you!
