My young niece had a doll she wouldn’t sleep without. And that she insisted on carrying everywhere. So my sister-in-law bought five or six of them, unbeknownst to my niece. Whenever my niece lost one or left it somewhere, my sister-in-law would “find” it so everyone could go to sleep.

I once saw a drunk with the DTs bite the tail off a dead possum thinking it was a raccoon. I don’t explain ’em; I just remember ’em. :) :(
