I have readers in just about every room in the house, readers for work, plus spares

Dollar store readers work just fine, and I can afford to lose or break a pair

Only the sunday funny of adam is any good anymore. What’s up with that?

Same problem here. Buy them in bulk from the local big box store. Seems I loose them, then I find them. Now have 4 sets sitting on my desk, or scattered around the house.

I wear prescription near distance glasses (and when not walking around in the house – distance glasses, variable distance glasses, variable distance sunglasses…) when in the house. I have two pairs – one pair is slightly less correction than the other and I tend to wear the older/less correction pair. If my blood sugar is low I can tell – I need the newer more correction pair to see my computer monitor. (If I that does not work – then my blood sugar is low and I have to correct it.)

I gave up on readers. Had my optician just create a clear lens on top and adjustment amount on the bottom. Works just fine.
