I won’t be convinced until I see him use a vacuum properly.

Are there dishes in the washing machine and clothes in the dishwasher?

This does not bode well given Adam’s past performances at things.

Is Adam the only one who noticed the big drain in the bathroom floor? I wonder what the previous owners were up to?

Use a pressure washer, as long as there is a drain in the floor it works wonders. I got a small portable one. Seriously it works wonders! But you do have to clear everything first.

And now it begins to unravel…..

Hosing is not enough. Scrubbing is what removes biofilm. Note that most homeowner’s insurance does not cover water damage. I still say hire a househusband and let him work as a barista to pay for it.
