The checkers at work say they could never stock as much product as I do

I have the easy job, even one customer a day like this is too many

I use to work in retail. It always amused me when a rude customer threatened to go to the competitor. I always wanted to be like, promise?

I never understood why some people seem to blame the checker for the prices. The person at the register has absolutely no control over the prices the store charges, and almost certainly doesn’t make much money themselves. Go find the owner and yell at him.

Some people never learn (but need to) that screaming at the employees is NOT going to improve the situation.

A good solution might be for the boss to give each checker an explanation to relate to the customer.
