If a person believes in life after death, then he probably also believes that he will be going to Paradise when he dies. That is not something to fear, but something to look forward to. But if a person believes that there is no life after death, then he has no reason to fear what happens when he dies. Either way, it makes no sense to fear death.
At least covid gave me that advantage. Death used to scare me, but now if I die, at least I either cease to exist completely, or my brother and son will be there to greet me. I got friends in high places.

What you think, and what your survival instinct does, aren’t always the same thing, if survival wasn’t built in we would have never evolved.
