They want $18 an hour and don’t have a clue what a 6/12 turn is since they don’t even have to flip the burgers anymore. I got $3.35 an hour before I got promoted to shift manager and got $4.25. Smh

You mean she is not working at McDs now!!

Reminds me of a story a former boss told. He was contacted by an HR person checking references for a former employee of his. He told them, “If you get this man to work for you, you’ll be lucky.”

That HR Resource lady and her process is spot on. Stephan did his homework.

Log it as “job abandonment” and I suspect you can include “Do not rehire” next to her name.
