In our store meat is a separate union

I might be allowed to stock the prepackaged lunch meats and hot dogs, but union rules would prohibit me from doing most of what meat department does

There is a local butcher shop that makes sausages which has the store in a special area. It is like walking into a giant refrigerator. You don’t have to worry about spoilage.
