I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how often I manage to miss things like corporate visits, inventory, and store resets

Been with the company so long that I do get five weeks a year, that helps

Ah yes, I somehow managed to be off during audit week many times, which was extra relaxing…

Admiral Rickover, the father of Naval nuclear power, would often visit ships and training facilities. When it was scheduled we’d get all kinds of “help” getting things ready for the visit (“work” it may, “shine” it must). Sometimes he’s show up unannounced a week early to see how things really looked.

Tabby does her planning with absolute precision. They come in door she goes out the other on vacation!
