    Tabby tops herself at being the best! Not only does she make sure she doesn’t have to work unscheduled hours, but helps animals in the process. ❤️

    Then they’re both happy. My favorite, when called to come in on a day off, was to tell them that I have been drinking. No one ever asked what I had been drinking, but I like to stay hydrated with water, tea, and coffee.

    This is why I’m so thankful that when I had jobs like that, cell phones weren’t a thing. It was just so easy to not answer the phone on your days off and claim you were out of the house when they called. Even easier if you had caller ID, or lived with someone else who could screen those calls and say you weren’t at home.
