If you study assiduously the history of the musicality of the human backside’s many fine attributes, there’s mention of trained performers. Like all arts, from people with a lot of time on their hands and not much else to work with.
“What a piece of work is man… How noble in reason, how infinite in faculties. In form and moving, how express and admirable. In action how like an angel, in apprehension, how like a god… The beauty of the world, the paragon of animals. And yet, to me, what is this quintessence of flatulent dust?”
Or perhaps “It seemeth nothing to me but a foul and pestilential congregation of vapors” would be the more appropriate quote…
