The coffee mug looks like a furry animal, possibly a puppy, possibly an Ewok.-The picture on the second frame looks like a child’s fair interpretation of Edvard Munch’s THE SILENT SCREAM as applied to classes in Agnes’ proximity.-If Agnes were really worried about how much her efforts would outlast her, she might consider removing herself from the picture. I suspect many suicides happen that way.-There can be little doubt Agnes has made her mark on the principal and her weary teacher, giving them both much material for humorous books and thereby entertainment for millions yet to come (or their own reasons for suicide contemplation).-Finally, Agnes is working from the assumption that she perishes with her body. Perhaps cures to mortality will be developed ere she dies and she can live nearly forever either in the flesh or as a computer download. (not even counting the possibility of an immortal soul because those are even more iffy for comic strip souls than for humans).
