it sure sounds ‘scientific’ to me. after all it is trying to sound ‘smarter than thou’ so everyone is impressed that makes science sound as silly as it does some times.
Did Agnes wash those rocks? Like the toothy friend on the dresser.I thought Agnes brought home a note from school about having to do a science project. Silly me. I thought she was assigned a project. If her teacher was from the Jurassic era – she would have been assigned a project. …….like growing rocks. … Dad told me once.. if you let the field lie fallow until Spring. It will have a fine crop of rocks.
