In trailer camps, is there a general maintenance system to handle repairs like in apartment houses?

Or are the residents on their own regarding damages?

When you buy a trailer, you buy it, damages and all. Maintenance will do the outside, and clubhouse if there is one, there is generally a “no tenant” clause in the park rules, can’t rent to others. Residents are on their own.

Don’t they have a microwave?

chicken bites sounds like something rabid free range fowl would do…

I hope those chicken bites don’t have rabies

They make chicken bites before they are frozen. Too hard to get the feathers off if they are frozen first. A lot of research found that folk are put off when they find feathers attached to the bites.

Just check the old Wendy’s ad from the 1980’s “Parts is parts” ugh
