When you buy a trailer, you buy it, damages and all. Maintenance will do the outside, and clubhouse if there is one, there is generally a “no tenant” clause in the park rules, can’t rent to others. Residents are on their own.
They make chicken bites before they are frozen. Too hard to get the feathers off if they are frozen first. A lot of research found that folk are put off when they find feathers attached to the bites.

In trailer camps, is there a general maintenance system to handle repairs like in apartment houses?
Or are the residents on their own regarding damages?
