@Katina.Cooper and @Saxie5 Yeah, right! Ha! I drove from Ohio to New York (and not western New York) with three cats meowing the whole time in the car. They only stopped when we stopped for the night at a pet-friendly motel where they anxiously checked it out, then slept, only to resume the next day.
Aww. I took my 18 year old cat to my daughter’s at Christmas, as I thought he was too old to leave in my unheated mountain home. He was very good on the 7 hour trip, and had the best Christmas ever with all the love from my grandsons. He passed away a few months later, but happy memories of my loving Mickey.

Toonces: “yah ok seven hours. As long as i get my 6 pm tuna serving i wont sneak-attack your face while you are sleeping.”
Ric Flair: “???? Huh? Are we doing that moving thing again?”
(assuming Toonces is the black cat and Ric Flair is the stripped cat. if i got it wrong i do apologize)

As long as they can see you and have plenty to eat and drink, and a sand box for you know what, they should be alright.
