Apparently, the “Moe” is universally popular!
They’re on a spaceship. Probably only one barber on board, and a military barber at that.
Could have been worse. There are photos on the intertubes of Sir Patrick in Star Fleet uniform as JLP while wearing a toupee.
I guess none of them were allowed to teleport to any of the planets to get a better haircut.
