If he has a harem of hens, he’s off to attack the closest moving object.

I’ve never seen a live pheasant in my life – you are so lucky. Down here in FL, the larger birds are sea birds and wading birds. You think cats will make you feel unworthy? Watch a flock of ibises or some sandhill cranes as they slowly deign to move out of the road. And they aren’t interested in bird seed, they want lizards and snakes!

It’s like seeing a Heron. The times I’ve seen one in my life have been unusual places. In a city just off a busy street in a man made pond, and a similar one in another state. They’re beautiful, but I think they’re more interested in fish than seeds too.

We don’t have pheasants but we have turkeys. Pheasants won’t peck your tires. :-)

If you feed that pheasant, it will become a pet.

So, I asked this at info@calraisins.org:

If someone were to draw designs on tshirts that feature the California Raisins from the 80s, but drawn in the style of this particular person’s art, would it be a copyright or trademark violation to sell these shirts?

    And they answered:

It depends on how closely the drawing resembles the copyrighted material.Thank you,Melinda McAllister

So, you know, I’d totally buy one, if you want to show Melinda McAllister and see what she says… I don’t think this’ll work with Star Wars, though.
