Negotiate all you want, but in my experience, the cat always wins.

I asked my cats, and they weren’t so sure about the “ham” stuff…They have NO problem with bacon however, so who knows…They have us right where they want us….under their paws :-)

Just FYI for all you cat lovers out there: Cats are generally lactose intolerant and while they can eat/drink milk, cheese and other dairy products, you REALLY SHOULD NOT feed those products to them. It can irritate their digestive system. Sorry to burst y’all’s bubble. They are obligate carnivores and at least 70 percent of their diet should be meat. And while I have fed my cats things like cantaloupe before, they really can’t digest vegetation. Feel free to spend some time on the Internet checking this out. And/or talk to your veternarian.

Negotiating with a cat is like negotiating with any other terrorist.

My cats get super excited when I ask, “Who wants a snik-snak?” They run to where they eat, and I give them a small handful of dried cat food. The same stuff they get for breakfast and dinner, although at breakfast and dinner they get canned cat food too.
