As a human living in a house owned by cats, I make sure I have lint rollers and brushes and I hang up my winter dress coat. Speaking of which, it is now that hour before Sunday Second Breakfast and time to brush and comb the Clowder.
I just had to wipe down my friend on Friday night. We were going to a play and she sat on a couch I’d forgotten to vacuum. Luckily I saw all the fluffy white hair on the back of her black skirt before we left.
I once went to pick up a date. She came out wearing a black knit dress with cat hair all over it. I had her stand on the sidewalk while I rolled one of those tape lint removers over her body. She blushed through the whole experience but at least she was presentable when we got to the restaurant.
We went out a few times and were friends for years.
