I thought that every new vehicle became your wife’s car, and you got whatever else was still around. Running or not. No wonder we spend our days making multiple trips to the auto parts places. aka junkyards. And you just can’t have too many old coffee cans of ‘spare’ parts.
It’s good to have an extra car laying around. We alternate cars to keep the batteries up , and keep the milage down. Since retirement we don’t put a lot of milage on them.
