I’m good with naming animals. I don’t think I would have been allowed to name children. Eleanor Katherine for a girl (EllieKat for a nick name). My niece was complaining about her name once, and I told her what my suggestion was. She immediately went over to her mom and hugged her saying that her given name was the best ever.
Angus, strong true Scots name, but unfo I would think way too many people would immediately think of Angus beef. The whims of society and history can really mess up your name choices…think of how few people nowadays would name their kid what was a perfectly fine Germanic name, Adolf.

Lola? What Lola wants… etc. Well, perhaps better suited to a cat.
I’m in for Anneliese. Though it may be hard for some, with it being close to Amanda?

My wife’s grand dad was named Angus. Angus from Aberdeen. He was one of Mr Churchill’s “few.”
