Dan is good at listening and trying to help! All I need is a bunch of sunny days. We are going to have two sunny-cloudy days and then cold, rainy, possibly snow and below freezing at night! My mood if greatly improved with sunshine!!
Third panel=I’ll let Merriam-Webster be the judge: “Lay means ‘to place something down flat,’ while lie means ‘to be in a flat position on a surface.’”
Lucky SSRIs will do it for you, Amanda. Have family members who can’t take them, some sort of genetic enzyme anomaly. A little unsure of “head drugs” but fortunately have found workarounds so far in my life, though I would not rule it out. Have come across some good people, some skilled, some ordinary, who have helped me.
Your comic already has a robust cast of characters for Internal Family Systems therapy. Or, it sounds like Dan is taking the bio-psycho-social approach (my personal best take).

It’s lie.

I know that feeling.
Knowing that the Chinese place nearby adapted helped us a lot.

Probably a good time to take up the trombone. A good challenge would likely do it.

Squinting to read Amanda’s shirt, I made it out as, “I only make pub runs.” Then I super enlarged the comic and found out what it really says…

Now is not the time for a grammar lesson, but for listening. Dan‘s good to do that! So I’ll refrain; but I know the difference.

The word multiple choice made me smile, despite the subject

My high school journalism teacher said, “It takes one to lie, two to lay.”

The doctor prescribes a trip Dairy Queen. Repeat as necessary.
