Think about how hard it is doing comedy on the radio. I had a one-minute daily comedy spot for two years. I only heard back from one listener in person (but, boy, she was dynamite.)
I feel your pain.. it was a skit that went badly because the woman doing it with me gave away the punchline in the opening sentence, and no one could hear us regardless.. I didn’t set it up as well as I thought and.. meltdown! (I walked off)

I still think it was cool that you are brave enough to do that!

Imagine really loud drums in a gym – no chance to hear them without mics.

Open mic vet here. My experience is music. I’ve sung in bar bands too. Outdoors you need a good sound system.

Another late Saturday? (It’s currently 10:58 a. m., Eastern on July 13 where I am, and Saturday’s strip isn’t up yet.)
