I know there’s a several tear lead on these, but the timing of this + the bankruptcy of Tupperware is amusing somehow.

And now that we all know how many plastic anything’s are actually poisonous in one way or another, it’s time to shift back to the old glass or tin containers.

My mother died with two rooms full of Tupperware TM and other containers full of craft items. Her kitchen cabinets were full of “disposable” plastic food containers and lids (non-matching). It’s important to periodically cull items you will never use. Put a label with a date on some of those boxes. Change the date when you actually open the box. Discard boxes which have not be opened in a year or so. Entropy will overwhelm you, if you let it.

I inherited my great grandmother’s button jar and my grandfather’s penny jug. Does that count?
