Where’s his funnel (Classic Capp from years ago)?

Yeah, they sure made him politically correct. No smoking, no swearing, womanizing, showing up drunk for employment interviews, etc. I have some of the old books of the cartoons and they are precious. As you say Gweedo, R.I.P.

Remember when Andy and Flo would get into a fistfight? A huge could of dust with hands and feet sticking out?

Holding the key out in front and running must have worked. The door opened.

What’s with the funnel?

he would stick the funnel in the keyhole to help him guide the key in; yes, andy is politically correct now and it has taken the bite out of the strip. He used to be tough and have an edge. All that’s gone now.

… Too funny even without the funnel. Standing there listening and knowing he’s running into again and again the door would have to be about as much fun as an “E” ticket at Disney!

The key would have worked if he didn’t have it upside down….

This is the first time that I have seen Andy all keyed up.

It’s amazing Andy found his way home. If Flo left him out Andy would wake up the neighborhood.

@Newenglandah: I read the old Andy Capp at 10. My dad read him to me when I was even younger. He was held up as a good BAD example.

A few more tries would’ve done it Andy!
