i worked in a brew house once, it should be kept in a pressure cooker first to avoid explosion.

Here you just need a beer license. A beer license and liquor license are different.

Andy will drink it all; there won’t be any left to sell. This is known as 100% quality control, where every unit is thoroughly checked. Exploding root beer is due to failure to refrigerate the entire batch once the bottles are carbonated to the desired level, which would take 2 or 3 days. Exploding beer is due to overpriming the bottles, or failure to use a hydrometer to ensure that the beer is completely finished before priming and bottling. Generally no beer should be bottled before 3 weeks after the day it is brewed..
