Maybe that’s what the 2 calcified ankles, torn ACL, and now (after surgery) missing meniscus in my knee was trying to tell me about softball.

I’d say that if the babe was born in winter, they didn’t dress him nearly well enough. I’ve never seen him dressed in anything but a diaper.

I don’t know why this came into my mind but today’s strip reminded me of some women who desperately want a baby but they keep having miscarriages. Some of them are about 40-47 years old and their body is trying to tell them that it can’t carry a baby but yet they insist on using treatments like IVF to conceive.

    Just let nature decide!

Gweedo – It’s legal here !!! – Murray said, about 23 hours ago

To start with, I didn’t or couldn’t get to finding you some kind of iconic shot as others have done. I might be just a tad envious of Six’s ability of being capable of such a fine handmade gift to you though. No tears, but your piece warmed me. Glad you and “Mum” get on so well, especially after what the poor dear went through. I’m sure she absolutely feels it was worth it and would do it all over again. -That might sound a bit man-piggish, what I said, but when everyday business is thrown into the mix I feel it takes away some, or a lot of the spark. I know we are far apart, in more ways than one, but if I were talking the way we do here with someone within driving distance I would be at least curious to meet. May just turn out to be best to keep it online but at least the meeting would be pleasant. One lady I did meet, a school music teacher I believe, seems to fit that mold. The second time we met with more of the group, she gave me a strong parting hug ! -You can’t post directly from your computer. It has to be at a website like Flicker, Photobucket, etc., then you can do the image link from there to here. Or…. you could email the shots to anyone from here that you may talk with and they will set it. -Please to pat them !-Never saw the Shreks, but have seen the kitty a few times at “Ten Cats”. -Have not actually spoke, just typing talk. I do not have international calling.-I am consigned to “unfortunate”. At least now we know who #1 is ! …and LOL.-I will convey, though it wont prob’ly mean as much as they have never met you. They have met Ed and so the two parties send their well wishes back and forth through me. -You are welcome ! -Coldish but manageable. __________________________________________________

That doesn’t matter! You were there and that’s what really matters. Often times when somebody has a birthday on Ballard Street, I just go to Bing Images and find a cute birthday pic and just post it. I make ‘cards’ on Microsoft Paint but I don’t know how to post them on GoComics. If I did know how then that would be a homemade card from me. -Are you actually able to cry or are you some sort of superhuman? Thank you very much for your kind words, I’m glad my comment warmed you. I meant every word. -I often fantasize what it would be like to meet the entire Capp Group. I would love that but it’s impossible. Most of us live so far away but that’s one of the joys of the internet. We are all brought together. Us all meeting virtually is better than no meeting at all.-I was thinking of setting up a Flickr account like what you have because with Photobucket you are unable to see most of your photos for at least 2 weeks unless you upgrade to full membership.-I have all the Shreks on DVD. Great films!-I have spoken to somebody from India before who I met online. Their area code is +91-That is fine. It’s always nice to pass on good wishes! By the way, I went to the stables today. It was getting really dark but I’ve never been scared of the dark. Scooter and Sebastian came over and I patted them on the nose for you. -Wednesday has been a little windy today. I hope your Wednesday is Wholefully Wonderful!
