Oh, she’s a demander alright ! Cats wish they were that good !The dog, Kara, belongs to the owner’s grown son who was here from out of town. I imagine she will be bigger and a worthy adversary next time she comes ….. and I’m in on the ground floor ! -I enjoyed the programs when they were on PBS, so, guess I still will. -Ed is good at teaching the driving skills replete with the “invisible brake pedal” that works when it determines one should be slowing down. My dad had driven a milk truck and was a chauffeur class licensed bus driver by the time I reached driving age. I got strict instruction on vehicle operation and road protocol. Whether you “home school” or hire it out, the instructor should be competent. And do study the road use manual more than once. THERE WILL BE A TEST ! -Usually that is the other way round as I am a ‘lone outpost in the wilderness’. When compelling real life happens, I am, well, compelled to address it !-Mom and Dad enjoyed that show. I caught it if I wasn’t out playing or whatever. Didn’t really get it though. I think the Python show did more to clew me in than anything. We got that about 1971 thereabouts, on PBS. -I’m a bit of a sucker for the western Genre and this show was fun. The dad from “The Addams Family” was in some of the episodes as a comical mad scientist; go figure, eh ?-Thing is, I sorta don’t care. Unless you get to talk with the owner or operator, you just hafta make your own name for them, much like I call her “Puppy Dog” though I now know the name as tags eventually appeared. I hear the mom call her sometimes too. -Not quite dying but caused a right nostril blood letting from all the blowing. It clotted pretty quick though. Still below the weather but am improving. -Had a BIG cuppa coffee with chocolate syrup in it. Does that count ? Jawol, hair common-dant !!! -A wellies Wednesday to you !__________________________________________________
Maybe Kara will stick up for herself? I might be wrong but eventually they’ll be friends. That’s what usually happens.-I was really surprised to learn that Patrick McGoohan was American. He sounded so British in The Prisoner and Danger Man. Well he was raised in Ireland so he might have lost his Yankee accent for a short time. He sounded more American in Columbo. Well, It was filmed in the US so… -Thanks so much for giving me a couple of tips on driving. As far as I know, My cousin who I regularly see is the only one who has a car in my family. My parents don’t have one, I can’t think of any uncles who have one and my auntie doesn’t have one. Do your brothers Ken and Ron have a car? I think you mentioned that Ron does. My cousin passed his driving test on his 5th time. He offered to get his old driving instructor to teach me if I decided to take up driving. -I didn’t get The Prisoner the first couple of times either. I kept wondering why there were different Number Two’s because The Prisoner was never in any order and it was funny that no trace of a previous episode was mentioned in another one.-I’ve seen a western film called “Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid” I’ve only watched it once. “Of Mice & Men” is kind of western as well.-That’s happened to me before. I sneezed and saw blood. Too much information? I never get nosebleeds. It must be one of those things.-Yes. That counts more than you’ll ever understand! Live dangerously. By the way, Thanks for the congratulations on my 3rd anniversary of being a blood donor. It’s the proudest thing I’ve ever done.-A very Happy Wonderful Weddingsday to you!
